Return Policy

Toaromatopolion.gr does not recognize returns of products as they are not accepted in any case according to article 3b - Law 2251/1994 which concerns products that can be altered, products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or for hygiene reasons. In addition, the company does not bear any responsibility in case the product comes to you having suffered material damage (eg breaking packaging and product).

In case you send the wrong order then our company bears all the cost of sending the return and the cost of sending the correct order. You must also contact us by e-mail at info@toaromatopolion.gr to be given instructions regarding the return. If the corresponding product you want is not available, then you are given the option to buy a product of equal value. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the documents with which it was received (eg retail receipt or invoice and delivery note).

Toaromatopolion.gr does not have a guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse and damage when removing the labels.
